Can I take a tour?
Yes! We love visitors. You can visit us any time from 10 am to 4 pm, seven days a week. No appointment is necessary. During peak hours and holidays, please drop us a line to check our availability.
How do I make a reservation?

What time is check-in and check-out for boarding stays?
Dog guests can be checked in anytime during business hours. Checkout time is Eleven am, seven days a week. We offer a late check out option for $10 after noon.
What do I need to do to make a reservation?
We just need a little paperwork — don't worry, it doesn't take long. You can download them here or pick them up at The Grooming Room Pet Hotel front desk. We ask that you provide current vaccination records and completed forms prior to your dog's stay.
Do I need to make daycare reservations?
While we do accept daycare drop-ins, we strongly encourage you to call ahead. If your dog will be joining us regularly for daycare, we recommend making a standing reservation on your typical play dates. This way, your pooch will always have a spot at Daycare.
Daycare cancellation policy
We ask that you give 24 hours for daycare cancellations. No shows will be charged the full fee for the reservation. If you miss two appointments without notice, your future daycare reservations may be cancelled. A daycare package is required for all standing reservations.
What are your boarding requirements?
We require a veterinarian certificate indicating proof of vaccination for Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella. We recommend the Bordetella vaccination be administered every 6 months, within the year is required. If the Bordetella vaccine has never been given, or if it has expired, a 7 day waiting period is required after the administration.
For all other vaccinations, a 24 hour waiting period is required after the first administration of a vaccination or if it has expired. Have your vet fax us a copy at 843 297 8056.
All guests must be treated with an effective form of flea control. All guests must be 4 months or older. To join daycare, all guests must be spayed or neutered, unless under 7 months of age. Once they are over 7 months of age they must be spayed or neutered in order to socialize with the other guests in daycare.
Guests who attend daycare will require a brief temperament evaluation — think of it as a simple “meet and greet.” This ensures the safety of all our guests. Temperament evaluations must be scheduled in advance, just give us a call to let us know you're coming in. We want to insure that we have adequate time to get to know your pooch.
Why the long waiting period for Bordetella?
Our 7-day policy ensures that guests with little or no immunity have not been exposed accidentally and infected with an illness while visiting their veterinarian to get vaccinated. While it may seems a little strict, we prefer to error on caution when it comes to the safety of our guests.
Can I bring my own dog food?
Of course and we encourage it, as many dogs are sensitive to sudden dietary changes, we find that it's best to provide their regular food. By request, we can prepare specialized meals, including cooking or thawing if required. In special cases, a $5 daily fee may apply. If you forget your dog's food, you can purchase food from our retail store.
Will you give my dog their meds?
No problem. We can administer medication. Just make sure medication is clearly labeled and dosage instructions are included.
Can I bring personal items for my dog's stay?
As a full-service dog hotel, we provide the comforts of home including premium dog bedding and bowls. That said, you're welcome to bring your pet's favorite blanket, toy or any item with a familiar scent—just clearly mark their items. Please limit to two items. The Grooming Room cannot guarantee their condition upon check-out.
What is included in the daily rate for my dog?
We have multiple room types with different amenities, there are rooms that can be private, includes cozy bedding and bowls for their prepared meals. As for play, all rooms include daycare play with the group (unless your dog is not social then they will have one on one play with a team member). Best of all, there is no shortage of love and cuddles.
Is your facility secure?
Yes, we have Boarding staff here 24/7/365. Our hotel also features security cameras, smoke detection systems.
What if my dog doesn't play well with others?
If your dog is less than social, requires one-on-one attention, or senior, they are welcome to stay in our Suites for added privacy. They will receive special one-on-one care from our staff with multiple outings throughout the day to stretch their legs.
Will you accept my female pup while she is in heat?
Absolutely. Because a female in heat can stress our male guests staying at the hotel and extra cleanup is involved, an additional $10 per day fee applies. We also require that dogs in heat stay in a suites for added privacy to keep other guests comfortable.
Do you accept intact males?
Yes. For the safety of our other guests, unaltered dogs are required to stay in Suites for added privacy,
What do I need to know about booking over the holidays?
For best availability, it is recommended reservations be made well in advance. Similar to a human hotel, we utilize holiday/peak period pricing. There is a $10 holiday surcharge per night* during the peak holiday period outlined below. *Discount for additional pup's in same family in same room still applies.

We have a minimum stay requirement of (3) nights for peak holiday periods as referenced below: July 3-6, November 24-27, December 23-26.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
For non-holidays, please notify us of your cancellation 48-hours in advance.
For holiday reservations, we require 10-day advance notice and a non-refundable deposit for the first night at the time of reservation.
If we do not receive your cancellation within the time frame listed above you will be charged 50% of your scheduled boarding stay. No shows will be charged for the reservation in its entirety.
